We are Bill & Lisa, We have over 50 years combined experience in the hospitality industry, both in Brisbane and overseas.
Bill is a pastry chef by trade, and is responsible for some of Brisbane’s finest pies & pastries, whilst Lisa looks after our amazing sandwiches, rolls & salads! And she also drives the best smoko truck in Brendale!
Pop on down to our café on Hinkler Court for a snack or spot of lunch.

Have an event that needs food? We can provide catering for any event. With contracts with some major corporate clients, you can be sure that you and your guests will be over the moon with our selection of appertisers, sandwiches, snacks, fruit & desserts.
We also cater for dietary requirements - just tell us upon booking & we will adjust the selection accordingly. Please book 48 hours prior to your function.
